16. TITLING OF SCHOOL SITES

Giving priority concern to secure full ownership of public school sites and road lots and open spaces.

It takes an executive like Mayor Rey T. Uy to give so much concern and emphasis on the titling of donated road lots, open spaces and school sites which have been neglected for a long period of time by many local government units in the country as well as the Department of Education. This is because the major is a visionary person who looks after the future of the city and its constituents.

* Giving priority concern to secure full ownership of public school sites and road lots and open spaces. The scope of the schools titling is all public schools within the city.
* The date, there were (4) four schools whose titling is already complete.
* There were 18 approved open spaces that are probable sites of Purok centers, Day Care, Community Facilities & Open Space.
* 132 approved donated road lots are accounted and 99 titled road lots are at hand.
* The community as well benefits a lot with the successful implementation of this program, it is a fact that it is every body’s concern to have an access road right of way & other social services will be catered to all.
