ANOTHER AMAZE VISITORS
Sto. Tomas thirty (30) municipal officials and department heads visit Tagum City for another Educational Tour yesterday.
Sto. Tomas Municipal Mayor Maximo M. Estela writes a letter dated October 17, 2007 asking Tagum City Mayor Rey T. Uy to allow them to take a closer look to one of the City’s Pride, the rehabilitated La Filipina Public Cemetery because they are planning to develop and beautified their own public cemetery. Moreover, they requested Mr. Lowell Brillante, Manager of the City’s Economic Enterprise Office to guide them to roam around the Night Market, wherein several barbecue booths, RTW (Ready-to-Wear) stalls and other food and beverages booths are located. Furthermore, they asked City Mayor Rey T. Uy to spare a time with them in order to get ideas and strategies how to implement the said programs successfully in their municipality. Like the other groups who visited Tagum City, they were all amazed and appreciated how Tagum City turned to be one of the most progressive cities in the Philippines. (CIO-Tagum)
