The 3rd Council convenes at the SP Session Hall every Monday at
9:00 o'clock in the morning for the Regular Session. Held here
is the privilege hour, question hour, reading and referral of
proposed measures, committee reports as well as the Calendar of
Business which includes the unfinished business, business of the
day -i.e. measures on 2nd reading, unassigned business, and measures
on 3rd reading. |
