Water is essential for life, good health, and economic development- yet millions of people are lacking of access to clean and potable water.

Councilor Vicente "Enting" Eliot sees the need of water in some areas and remote vicinity wherein water resources and water supply is insufficient. He believes that every human being especially Tagumeños has the right to acquire and access clean and potable water. In line with these aforementioned the generous Councilor Eliot allocate funds by replacing unserviceable water pumps and provides the installation of water line system. The funds are being taken through the Social Reform Agenda-Minimum Basic Needs (SRA-MBN) of our Honorable Councilor Eliot.

To date, the installation of water of Puork Panabang, Brgy.East; Purok Dahlia and Purok Cogon of Brgy.Visayan Village; La Filipina Elementary School and in some areas in Brgy. Mankilam. Have already been approved.
