Municipal Ordinance No. 1, Article 35 Section 1 Series of 1992

SERVICE FEES

CITY ORDINANCE FURTHER AMMENDING ARTICLE 35, SECTION 1 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
NO. 1, S - 1992 OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE REVISED TAX CODE AS AMENDED BY
BY CITY ORDINANCE NO.45, S-1998.

BE IT ENACTED by the Sanguniang Panlungsod of Tagum, Province , Province of Davao del Norte in session assembled, that.

SECTION 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS . For the purpose if this Section

AUSF refers to RA 9255 of the law that allows an illegimate child to use the surname of the father after acknowledging the same.

BREQS is an acronym reffering to Batch Request Entry Query System, wherein an authority to request SECPA and CENOMAR was vested upon the Local Government Unit through City Civil Registrar’s Office (CCRO) to the National Statistic Office (NSO), Serbilis Center in Davao City.

ELECTRONIC ENDORSEMENT is a system expediting the processing or request or pertinent documents through the National Statistic Office (NSO), Davao City.

ENDORSEMENT refers to civil registry documents with annotations to National Statistic Office, Quezon City.

OUT OF TOWN REQUEST refers to clients who are requesting pertinent documents who were born outside Tagum City through the office scheme.

SECTION 11. There Shall be an amendment to Article 35, Section 1, Item No. 1 and 2 of Municipal Ordinance No. 1, s-1992, otherwise known as the Revised Tax Code, as amended by City Ordinance No. 45,s-1998 which reads as follows:

SECTION 1. IMPOSITION OF FEES. There shall be collected the following fees for services rendered by the Local Civil Registrar of the city.

Shall be amended to read as follows:

SECTION III. REAPELING CLAUSE. All existing ordinances or resolutions which are in conflict herewith are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

SECTION IV. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
