Historical Background:
Barangay Pagsabangan was created in 1920 under through Declaration. The name Pagsabangan derived from the word “Sabang”. Sabang to natives is the place where two rivers meet, the Liboganon and Saug river, and it is the accessible means of transporting the products of the farmers going to Tagum.
