Born on May 5, 1969 to Nicanor Tampipi Rellon, a teacher and retired Tagum Municipal Agriculturist and Lucia Antalan Lopez Rellon, retired public teacher. He finished Bachelor of Science in Education - Magna Cum Laude and MA in Education (Academic) at University of Mindanao, Master in Public Administration major in Government Administration at Ateneo de Davao and PhD in Development Studies (Academic). Married to Sheeder Lawag Llorente, a Boholana and business woman. Blessed with 3 children Alderson (13), Allena Sharm (12), Alovette Sharm (10). Attended studies and trainings in Leadership, Local development & management in Germany, Switzerland, Thailand, Japan and China. Served Local Government of Tagum as Administrator, City Councilor and City Vice Mayor. A Parttime Associate Professor  II of UM Tagum

Rural and Urban Barangay Development Program. Pagpaabot sa unang serbisyo sa katawhan sa tanang purok ug barangay sa Tagum. Edukasyon una sa agenda. Scholarship sa mga esdtudyante, Financial  support ug free medical check-up sa magtutudlo ug pag-upgrade sa facilities ug sistemang pang-edukasyon.            
Legislation sigurohon para sa panginabuhian ug maayong balaodnon sa kabatan-unan, kababaihan ug ubang sektor, apil na ang panginabuhian, panglawas, agrikultura, inprastraktura, patubig, kapanarbahuan,turismo/musikahan, ug insentibo sa gagmay ug dagkong magnegosyo. Lumad, muslims  ug Kristyanos. Sa tanang oras.... kaninyo moserbisyo. Organize Consultative Body. Pag mugna ug kusog nga tingog  gikan sa katawhan sa tagum nga mutabang ug panday sa mga balaodnon sa konseho. Apil na ang paghubad  sa Visaya sa importanting balaod, pag  himog regular SP newsletter/Legislative Digest ug Live Broadcast   sa matag Sesyon.
