Born on January 12, 1985 of parents Mayor Rey Tao Uy and Alma Inocente Lim, graduated Business Management at La Salle University in Manila. Having a student life with active involvement in different socio-civic activities and school clubs.

A smiling, humble and well-verse young cool-looking businessman who works with different people from all walks of life as President of Metro Shuttle – Davao Reyer Transport Services. A kind of leadership that mingles with various age categories, a personality that is always humble and approachable fit for a public servant. His parents’ discipline and early training makes him responsible in managing things beyond his age. Still Young but vibrant whose willingness to serve the public depicts his maturity.
