Born on December 26, 1968 of parents Giok So and Conchita Lao, married to Maria Carmen Fong-So and blessed with 4 children namely; Patricia May (12). Antonio Miguel (11), Antonio Robert (8) & Antonio Gabriel (1).

Studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Mindanao Tagum College, a Businessman, whose track of public service started as Barangay Kagawad in Magugpo Poblacion.

PLATFORM OF GOVERNMENT

Continue support on school based projects especially the marginalized and unattended.
Promote youth oriented activities such as: Illegal drugs awareness, barangay sports clinic, students disaster coordinating councils, and student involvement to Musikahan, Fiesta, Araw ng Tagum, etc.
Barangay Based empowerment on Disaster Coordinating Council.
Tourism and City investment promotion.
Support on Gender and development.
Sports promotion and development.
Legislate measure to protect constituents and in the prevention and preparedness of disaster occurrences.
