Born on January 9, 1961 of parents Benedicto Fernandez Salve (Deceased) and Olegia Cordova Tabudlong-Salve (Deceased), married to Imelda Duron Duarte-Salve and blessed with 4 children namely; Ryan Angelo (11), Rey Benedict (9), Reina Isabel (7), and Rey Jeshua (5). Graduated Bachelor of Laws at Ateneo de Davao with a College Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce (Accountancy) at Fr. Saturnino Urios University, Butuan City. An experienced Trial Lawyer, an Associate Professor of University of Mindanao Tagum College, External Counsel of Phil Deposit Insurance Corp (PDIC) Manila, a Legal Retainer of the following companies: Hijo Resources Corp., Hijo Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (HARBCO), King Cooperative (Tagum, Panabo & Sto.
