Being known to the public as “Kap. Pidot”, a thirty-seven years old Punong Barangay serving Barangay Magugpo South for almost ten years. People of Tagum invested their full trust to Hon. Pagdilao when he was elected as Punong Barangay of Barangay Magugpo South “unopposed” during the 2007 Synchronized SK and Barangay Election on November 29, 2007. He is married to Joy Calzadora-Pagdilao and blessed with three children namely: Joey Alfredo C. Pagdilao 12 yrs. Old; Angelica Joyce C. Pagdilao 9yrs. Old and Allana Jance C. Pagdilao 8 yrs. Old. A graduate from St. Mary’s College Tagum taking up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

PLATFORM OF GOVERNMENT

1. Strengthen the relationship and camaraderie of all Barangay Officials;
2. To provide proper communication in all plans, programs and activities of the Association;
3. To provide the environment that will forge unity among barangay and enable them to become truly empowering institutions promoting the welfare of their constituents through effective and morally enlightened governance. and;
4. To participate and give his outmost support to the City Government and other programs of the Local Chief Executive and the Legislative.
