Cyril Leonard L. Muring “Cy” as commonly called by his friends a 17 years old, single, born on April 15, 1990, resident of #052 Purok Narra, Visayan Village, Tagum City. He is the youngest siblings of Mr. Leonardo M. Muring Jr. and Mrs. Mayvel L. Muring his sister is Miss Lea Mae L. Muring. A DOST scholar taking up Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at UM Tagum College. He is an active leader in school, religious sector and in the community as well.
