A Practicing Lawyer, Certified Public Accountant and Parttime College Instructor of UM Tagum. The youngest of “Tres Marias“ Maria Martha married to Aerol Barrientos Conde and Maria Susana married to Maralino Lopecillo Quirante, Sr.
